Group Classes

Group Classes are a great way to learn the skills and techniques to achieve a calm and confident birth, whilst also meeting fellow expectant parents in the area too.

Group classes have a maximum capacity of 8 attendees (4 pregnant persons plus a birth partner).

Group classes are currently held at the School Green Centre, Shinfield, Berkshire, RG2 9EH,
